How long before I see my funds in my PayPal account?

Funds will be deposited into your PayPal account within 10 business days. If your LifePoints account email address is different from your PayPal email address, please log into your PayPal account and add your LifePoints email address to your PayPal account to ensure that your PayPal funds are delivered.

How do I change my password?

1. Go to www.LifePointsPanel.com
2. Click on Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address you use with your membership
4. You will receive an email, click the link in the email to reset your password
5. Select a new password
6. Login to your membership

I made a mistake in the survey, how can I correct my response?

In order to guarantee the quality of results, we can't accept any corrections in most LifePoints surveys. Even if this there are a few minor mistakes, don’t worry and carry on taking surveys. Our algorithms are designed to keep the average reliability of our surveys.
